About the event
The Annual Holly Springs Pilgrimage is sponsored by the Holly Springs Garden Club.
This event will take place June 6-8, 2025 and will feature tours of select historic homes, churches and museums, organ recitals in the town’s historic churches, luncheons, tours of the historical Hill Crest Cemetery, arts and crafts on the grounds of Montrose and a southern brunch in the historic Montrose mansion, home of the Holly Springs Garden Club.
Proceeds from Pilgrimage benefit the preservation and restoration of Montrose.

Tour of Homes
Sponsored by Bank of Holly Springs, the annual Tour of Homes, Churches and Museums is back! Tours will be held on Friday/Saturday, June 6 & 7 from 10:00am - 4:00pm Montrose will be open for touring on Sunday, June 8 Tickets may be used either day or split your tour into two days. Student ticket options for students 18 & under: $20 for the whole tour (homes, churches and museums) $10 for partial tour (churches, museums and Montrose) *There is not an additional discounted rate for student groups

Dine on a delicious lunch in the beautifully renovated Holly Springs Train Depot. Guests will receive packets of pink zinnia seeds and a portion of the proceeds will go to the West Cancer Foundation and the fight against breast cancer.

June 6, 2025 Please note this event is now on Friday evening of Pilgrimage weekend. Join us for "A Walk Through Time" at Montrose. 7:00pm - Open Bar and Delicious hors d'oeuvres will be served. An evening dedicated to the stories of Holly Spring's bygone characters in a pageant of history, while enjoying hors d'oeuvres with the community's current residents.

Please note this is now event is now on Saturday evening of Pilgrimage weekend. Come tour the historical Hill Crest Cemetery that dates back to 1838! Ghost tour begins at 8:00pm - walking tour with complimentary spooky cocktail

June 8, 2025 11:00 - 1:00pm Come & Go Sponsored by Air and Heat Services Join us for a delicious Southern Sunday Brunch at Montrose! Dine on a delicious southern brunch while enjoying the lulls of live jazz music in the courtyard of Montrose. Ticket includes one complimentary mimosa or Bloody Mary. $5 additional drink tickets sold separately. Ticket also includes tour of Montrose.
