Charlie is the daughter of David and Holly Johnson of Holly Springs. She is a Senior at Marshall Academy where she is a member of the Lady Patriots softball team, a three-time state championship team.

Charlie is a member of the MA Mock Trial Team and is involved in various clubs which includes: Beta Club, Key Club, Anchor Club, and MA Student Council where she serves as President. Charlie is the MA Class of 2026 Vice President and in September of 2025, Charlie was crowned the Marshall Academy Homecoming Queen. Charlie is a member of Holly Springs First Methodist Church.

In the fall, Charlie plans to attend Holmes Community College where she will further her academic and athletic career. She plans to major in pre-law with hopes of attending law school.

Maggie Lynn Teel is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Colter Teel of Holly Springs. Maggie is a
Senior at Marshall Academy where she is a member of the Key Club and Senior Beta Club.

In the 2025-2026 academic year, Maggie Lynn received the Extraordinary Effort Award from the
Holly Springs Rotary Club.

Maggie Lynn is a member of the Holly Springs First Methodist Church. She serves her church
faithfully as an acolyte, is active in the youth group, and serves as a caretaker for the young
children.

Maggie Lynn recently assisted with a service project where 100 isolette covers and 700 scent
hearts were sewn for babies in the Vanderbilt Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Maggie is
passionate about NICU babies as she herself was born as a micropreemie weighing only 1lb.
4oz.

Maggie is employed at Athletico, a physical therapy clinic, in Holly Springs. She enjoys meeting new people and weekly visits with patients.

In Maggie Lynn’s free time, you may find her keeping the score book for Marshall Academy
basketball, watching her cousins at equestrian events, and spending time with family.

After graduation, Maggie Lynn plans to attend Northwest Community College and major in
healthcare with hopes to have a future working with NICU babies.

Brennan Adams Smith is the son of the Honorable and Mrs. Kent E. Smith of Holly Springs. Brennan is a sophomore at Marshall Academy where he is a member of the Varsity Patriots Football Team. He is the recipient of multiple athletic awards including most recently being named to the Magnolia Sports Association 2025 Super Sophomore All-Star Game Roster.

Brennan was also recently chosen as the Marshall Academy recipient of the Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership Award and will represent his school this summer at the HOBY Youth Leadership Seminar at Mississippi College in Clinton.

Brennan is the Sophomore Class President and is a member of the Marshal Academy Student Council, the Key Club, and the Mock Trial Competition Team. Brennan had also been chosen to represent his team on the Varsity Patriot Football Leadership Council.

He is a member of the Holly Springs First Methodist Church where he serves as an acolyte. Brennan, an 8th generation Marshall Countian, is pleased to represent both the Garden Club and his hometown as a member of the 2026 Pilgrimage Royalty. 

David Augustus “Gus” Smith is the son of Dr. Elizabeth and Mr. Stephen Smith of Holly Springs. Gus is a sophomore at Marshall Academy where he is on the football team. He is an avid outdoorsman and spends much of his time outside with his loyal Labrador Retriever Lorie. Gus attends Christ Episcopal Church, where he is an acolyte. Gus’s mother and aunt have long served the Holly Springs Garden Club as members and Pilgrimage organizers. As a lifelong resident of Holly Springs, Gus is honored to serve his hometown as Pilgrimage Royalty.
